I was slightly worried about the woodpecker as the weasel is trying to get a meal out of it. But it seems that the guy who took the photo managed to distract the weasel and the bird got away. Link.

I'd really like to think they are close friends and the woodpecker is sharing the experience of flight with the weasel, but I doubt that's the case :(
